Avinash Burra is an entrepreneur and financial services professional with multiple years of experience and specialization in structured products, renewable energy and healthcare finance.
He currently serves as a Strategic Advisor to Sensors Without Borders, an India based environmental science non-profit that harnesses the power of citizen-science led initiatives focused on adapting, deploying, maintaining and calibrating environmental sensing devices, in particular air and water quality devices.
He also worked as the Head of Valuation, Strategy and Structured Products at a boutique healthcare securitization and analytics start-up in New York City from 2010-2015. He was the chief architect of their patent-pending healthcare claims valuation and securitization engines and worked directly with institutional banking clients on structuring healthcare ABS transactions as well as providing advisory services on ABL transactions for reg-cap arbitrage.
Prior to that, he co-founded a healthcare technology start-up that provided automated HIPAA compliant back-office services to doctors' offices and clinics.
He has a Masters Degree from Columbia University in Electrical Engineering (2004) and another Masters from Baruch College in Financial Engineering (2011).

GEORGIOS KATSAROS, SENIOR ADVISOR
Georgios Katsaros is a seasoned credit markets professional with 10+ years experience in the origination, marketing, structuring, trading, valuation and quantitative analytics of structured credit products including CLOs, RMBS, CMBS, project and other ABS, as well as whole mortgage loans, mortgage servicing rights and Government MBS.
Georgios has worked with Green Millennium on structuring various sustainable development projects including biomass and boutique controlled environment agriculture projects. An expert on Greek Monetary Policy, he collaborated with Green Millennium in Summer 2015 on disruptive Asset Based Lending solutions to the Greek financial crisis.
Georgios is currently the Vice President of Global Credit Policy at DBRS Inc. Prior to that, he was a Director at Atlas One Financial Group, Managing Director at US-MBS, LLC and Director of Structured Products at Collins Stewart.
